How many of you have lost or never received VC when purchased?

So I did what I said I wouldnt do and spent $5 this morning on VC. I wanted to pick up another gold pack for MyTeam...

Bought the VC on the store, purchase confirmed by Sony, but when it went back to 2K14, I received an error and didnt get the VC. After filling out a ticket at 2KSupport and sending in my transaction history that showed the purchase, I still havent heard back from them.

How many others on here have had the game flip out and not give you the VC that you purchased? How long did it take for 2K to get it back to you or did they ever?

I lost 15k VC when I bought it on release day and didn't get it back until the start of January. But when I did they gave me over 70k VC! I guess they gave me extra VC for free to make up for damages.

I keep getting emails that they are "investigating" my issue. I sent them a picture of my transaction that includes the date and time of the transaction. I dont see why it should take more than a few minutes to check and see if the VC was recieved.

Ridiculous.
