Pretty sure you can't in Mygm mode, 2k doesn't want the users having as much control. They want a more controlled experience, god knows why.

That is so hilarious and asinine. I truly don't understand this approach. They're starting to do this on Madden and MLB The Show as well. As time goes by, they are slowly implementing it that way.

Most you can do is make your changes in the form of a custom roster then start a GM with custom rosters
