Are the button presses queued up on the PS4? They are on the XBox One

I submitted a bug report to 2K at the end of last year for the Xbox one, and wanted to know if this is an issue on the PS4 also.

When you are dribbling and make contact with another player, causing the stumble animation to run, and press the pass button. The animation continues, sometimes the player looses control but picks the ball up, and then almost 5 seconds after my pass press the player passed the ball which is then intercepted because the pass was late.

If so does it help if more people submit defects in the 2K bug form on 2K's site?

I have more turnovers because of this bug. I also get the bad call for pass or bad steal attempt if I press a button before the basked is made and a cut scene is played. (not so important)

Yes, this happens on the PS4 too. That is the most frustrating thing for me in the gameplay. 2K has made the bumping animations so that you can't interrupt them to pass to someone. I've lost count of the number of wide-open teammates I've missed because of this crap.

Yes, and it's so annoying. This game can be so animation heavy at times.

If 2k doesn't find a way to deliver w/o the animations I think I'm going to boycott bball games altogether. I'm sick and tired of all of this stupid animations. I know they make the game look real, but they don't make the game feel real. I can't get my basketball fix because every game I play feels like whatever I do on the sticks doesn't matter. It's like the **** is going to happen regardless of what I do. I put 2k away and started playing madden, which surprisingly, offers more CONTROL than nba2k14. I'm pissed that 2k has gone so far from what the game used to be.

I don't mind getting bumped and it causing my player to not pass, but it should cancel the input once it happens.

Yea, the bug is the pass is attempted five seconds later. It does not happen on the ps3/xbox 360 version. The pass is just cancelled.

I would even like the pass happening when the button is press but the pass is offline or bad.
They wouldn't have create random bad passes. NBA level players can all make uncontested passes.

This is so annoying. They need to get rid of the whole "bobble for 4 steps then pick it up" animation IMO. Also there's no logic to not allowing the pass attempt to happen and just have it be altered by the contact.

A similar thing happens with spin moves that always causes me to lose the ball. It's the most frustrating thing in 2k history imo.
