pro stick default vs pro stick isomotion/shots

What is the difference between pro stick default and pro stick isomotion/shots? And which is better to use?

Default: is the new layout where you do all of the isomotion and shots without any other button presses. For isomotion you flick the stick and for shots you hold the stick in a direction. Iso/Shots: This is the 2K13 controls where to do iso you move the stick and to shot your press and hold L2/LT and use the stick For which is better that is up to you. I don't care you pointless flashy passes, so I use iso/shots.

Only positive about default pro stick is that you can throw alley oops (which is hugely unreliable in next gen anyway, half the time it thinks you want to oop it to the smallest guy through 3 defenders and not the wide open 7 footer so why bother). The negatives are huge, getting stuck shooting when you don't want to, making post offense completely unreliable and delaying your shot.
