NBA 2k14 Next Gen Missing Headband Glitch

So I'm playing mygm with the heat and after game 5 Lebron James headband is missing and I can't edit and equip one. Does anyone have a solution to this? Also the same thing happen to me lo in my career. Any help would be appreciated.*
