Holy Cow!
Made a My Career SG and got his speed up to 82 then realized I need 17,744 VC to get him to his 92 cap and hate to think of the VC I need for the rest. Oh well, back to the court.

The game is built so that you should play it for a long time, not just get your player up to 99 in the first season.

I understand that but my time has been cut since I bought the CG late and won't have as much time with the PS4 version. That and things cost more than previous versions. A lot more.

personally i think athletic attributes should be more easily upgraded or start out much higher than they do. most players dont significantly increase their athleticism through their careers. a lot of players enter the nba at their physical peak or hit that shortly after. even those who do steadily become more athletic dont increase as much as say a 69 to a 92.

I actually disagree, it's almost impossible to play many seasons unless you play this game almost exclusively for hours a day.

If it were built to play for a long time we should be able to sim individual games, sim and then enter games like you could in NBA Live 10 and the NHL series (amazing feature) and there would be some sort of progression...why are certain things capped? You're trying to tell me that because of the cap, my Athletic SF will always be stuck with a max on ball defense of an 85? Okay cool, tell that to LeBron who has like a 95 or whatever on-ball.

Also, no matter how this game is built, it shouldn't cost me 7 times my yearly salary to increase my speed 5 points...pretty ridiculous.

That's cool. I just don't have time to. I've had the game since release and my player is just now getting to an 83 overall
