Why am I not getting vc for my pf in mycareer

So I finally started a mycareer and was wondering if there is a particular reason why my player doesnt earn vc for each bucket i make. He is a 7'1" athletic power forward and any time I get an assist or block it will pop up at the top saying +1 vc but it doesnt ever show the +2 for scoring. Any reason why this is?? Does Over 7" make he slow in response?

I dont feel like it does, the only thing that effects your player really is what type you choose because each type (althletic, 3pt specialist, slashing, etc...) has different stat caps

Does anyone know if you get +2 vc for playups because maybe thats why i never get vc for scoring because i always score down low

never really paid attention to it, so i cant say for sure if or when i got 2 vc for made shots, but just watched one of chris smooves vid on yt and with your question in mind i paid attention.

for the first jumper, a fade with close d, he got no vc, but got 2 vc for the next two layups, two post fades and one uncontested fade, but when he made a three he got nothing.

didnt see a pattern there. most times he got it, but not always. not very helpful but i tried lol

I get 3 vc for three pointers and 2 vc for anything else. Oh 1 vc per freethrow I make. Sometimes it doesn't show but at the end just calculate the vc. I can't tell you off the back of my mind which category, but it's the one right before your team grade. It usually is calculated by: made shots, -1 for turnovers, +1 for steals, and I thinks that's it if I'm not mistaking. Oh +1 for assists also. That should be it. But I could be wrong
