70 3pt rating good enough to get decent 3pt %?

I’m a 6”11 Athletic PF with almost all offensive attribute maxed out expect 3pt.
My 3pt is capped at 70. But I saw some thread talked about how 80 rating actually makes more 3s than 92.
Anyone know if 70 can make consistence 3s or not? I’m talking about wide open shots as I got two or three wide open 3pt chance every game but I just pass it up due to my 23 3pt rating.
Just wanna expend my 3pt game but dunno if it’s worth to invest.

A shooting big man is always hard to defend. You're usually the trailer on fast breaks and if you ever came to the park on ps4 that's definitely an asset to have. In my career tho you'll probably have to have some decent teammate chemistry to get the ball on those trailing 3s but if you got the outlet Sig skill you could add the pick and pop into your bag of tricks which never hurts.

As a PF, it's a nice skill to have because you can either drag your defender out to the perimeter, which opens up passing and driving lanes, or your defender won't bother and you can shoot.

thanks guys, i will try to rack up my 3pt rating.

My player is now 86 in mid-range (80+6 sleeves), drains lots of triple threat pull ups and pick and pops. My game become much more dynamic that defender often buys my pump fakes for an easy dunk (now 89)!

I feel like beast already, cant wait to see how it plays when i can shoot 3s.

Made 1/1 in game 2 (in garbage time, we blow them out by 30 pts)
2/3 in game 3 (it was a close game, we won by 7)

I will try to take within 5 3pt attempts every game and see how the % goes

BTW, which one should i equip? deadeye or catch and shoot to increase the 3pt performance?

Its less about ratings and more about timing your shot release. Better you time your release, the higher the chance the ball has to go in. With a 70 rating, a perfectly released jump shot will fall pretty well.

Definitely agree. A stretch 4 is a good asset to have on any team.
