Ranked games now have playoff atmosphere and logos (nice touch).

I was playing some ranked matches last night and noticed that 2k turned on playoff atmosphere/logos for ranked games. Very nice touch. I played my first game raptors (me) vs nets and the ACC had everyone waving towels and stuff. Very nice touch to parallel with the real nba playoffs.

Any idea when they'll be updating the rosters? I only use my Rockets and hell they have Dwight and Bev out still plus Dexter Pittman is still showing on the roster lol.

I'm curious though, have you guys noticed any performance issues in ranked games since this update?

I'm thinking it's probably just dumb luck, but it's not so much input lag as it's just skipping some frames from time to time and then catching back up to the action. It's not hurting my enjoyment or anything, it just hadn't been doing it before this latest tweak.

I've had that a few times, but also had it before this little playoff update. Ranked games just go in phases man...I have bunches of good, crisp, lag free games and then get some iffy ones here and there.

The rosters have been updated for the past couples days. Dwight and Beverly are both off inactive list and Pittman is gone as well. The only thing I don't like about the playoff logo and atmosphere is that it's there for quick games with teams not in the playoffs, that's a fail for me, they shouldn't have taken out playoff mode to begin with.
