absolutely this.

so easy to rack up assist in this game if you pound the P&R and kick the ball out to jump shooters

seems like 3pt shooters never miss

Takes 5+ seconds to set up, but pick and fades with 3pt shooters big or small is instant $$$.

Also in my player pretty much any floppy play is an easy assist. You just stand at the top of the key and wait for your teammate to curl off staggered screens. Add dimer and you'll net 5 assists a game just on those plays. Maybe. Same applies in other game modes too but you have to do the shooting obviously.
