XBOX ONE MyPlayer Store and Closet not working HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry if there is already a thread about this but I cant seem to access the MyPlayer store or Closet every time I click on the Store/Close I can see the item names and in the store i can also see the prices but the item pictures are blank and I cant equip or buy them plzzzz help

That happened to me a while back. After several games it just started working again. I don't think there's a *fix*, just gotta hope it fixes itself.

I think i read that you have to

1. hold the power button until it turns off

2. unplug console from power strip/replug back in

3. turn console on/sign in/start up 2k

4. Dont skip intro

should be fine after that

I just go back to the Xbox home screen, hit the menu button, close out the game app, and then open it back up. Has worked every time for me.
