Loading Files start screen?

Haven't payed 2k in a while. Put it in my xbox one and it just says loading files. No game modes or anything pop up. Anyone else ever have this problem?

Just like GTA 5 and other big sized games you have to wait for it to install on your console

Give it a good 30mins
I'd go grab a bite to eat..
