    Please help...stuck on "Loading Files" screen

    It goes through the intro stuff and gets to the part where it should pull up the main menu but never does. It stays blanks and says "Loading Files" at the bottom. I've tried quitting, restarting the xbox1, and even tried uninstalling the game but it won't even uninstall...
