HELP

I was buying more gear for my player and it froze on the "saving" screen for 15-20mins. I quit out of it and did a restart. Now i have been on "Loading Files" for over an hour? Am i screwed and have I lost all the hours i put in already or can I still save my player and stats?? Any help would be great. THANKS!!

I would send a ticket to 2k support and see what they have to say but more than likely they will tell you to delete and reinstall the game
