Just like in real life there's factors...

I can go outside and dunk the ball, euro step, crossover, and hit like 75% of my threes just practicing...
But in a game, there's pressure, fatigue, and a lot more that goes into it.

These threads are pointless, do you wanna hit 75% of your shots in the game? Change the sliders to arcade or whatever and put the difficulty on rookie. Problem solved.

Shooting is a little different this year. Not only do you have to know a shot rating , release, hot-cold spots , and fatigue...

You also have to know the personality badges. For instance if you don't Get Steph or Kyrie hot in the first quarter they will struggle the whole game ! Dragic is very streaky . He can literally miss 5 open shots in a row then come back and hit 4 threes in a row I'm not kidding . If they aren't hitting jumpers try getting to the basket. If that isn't working you may have to sub - yes even star players .

at the end of the day this is what it is. you are playing on hall of fame and the game will screw you over and make you throw a pass out of bounds or let the opponent steal the ball from you by jumping 5 feet and taking it out of your hands and never give you the steal no matter what you do because you are winning. it is a video game and that is how they programmed hall of fame. try a lower difficulty if it upsets you.

i dont like it either, but i dont cry about it. all on line games are set on hall of fame. play a friend on a lower difficulty and problem solved.

realism. you are the one complaining it is not real that theyre missing these shots. my point is get extremely good at shooting wide open jumpers and you will see that it is impossible to hit more than 60% to 70% of them.
