When it comes to the players looking better in 2K15 I think it's all about the eyes looking like they have more life. A little thing that makes a huge difference.

Could look better. For some reason or another they deemed it appropriate to give him rosey cheeks and a rudolph nose, also gave him a weird pink reddish ash grey skin tone.
