As much as it sucks that we may not be able to edit headbands and their colours, as long as they fix the bug/glitch where players loose their headbands when they appear in the news/headlines section on MyGM (for example on 2k14 in my gm, whener melo or lebron would come into the 'nba headlines' saying that they'll 'test free agency' they would loose thier headband for the rest of that particualr mygm), I personally will be able to wait til nba 2k16 and give them a pass

It still baffles me that this isn't in the game. To not be able to add/remove or more importantly change the color of headbands is kind of crazy.

I agree with this. I really don't give much of a damn, but headbands have been the focus of a lot of people for a long time now. It seems like something that the art dept. would have taken into account just to shut people up. Compared to how many other things are in the game getting headbands to work right seems pretty simple... maybe I'm wrong, but it's just odd.

Though I like to match up my accessories colorwise on my players it's not a gamebreaker by any means. I just can't understand why it's so hard to implement is all.
