Hell no the Bucks wouldn't give up Parker for Lance.

You got to realise that the Bucks have been trapped in mediocrity for a long time, too good for a good pick, not good enough to do anything else. They finally stopped mucking around and realised they need to get themselves a cornerstone to try to start fresh around, Jabari is that dude.

Jabari is off limits, it's as simple as that. He is exactly what the Bucks need and now it's a matter of seeing how he pans out. This is the guy they are hoping to be the face of the franchise for the next 10-15 years. I'm not saying that he'll definitely reach that level, but that's what he's at the Bucks to do.

I'm planning to offload Jeff Green, Gerald Wallace and maybe Avery Bradley.

PG - Rondo
SG - ??
SF - Evan Turner
PF - Jared Sullinger
C - Kelly Olynyk

That team would be nice to start with. Of course I would like some return for Bradley and Green. While offloading Wallace is going to be hard tho...

Any advices?

Just out of curiosity, why are you trying to move Avery Bradley? He's only 23, and can play D, just needs some work on the offensive end.

Because he is a point guard, but he can't play that position because of Rondo. He was forced to adapt to the SG position and he is neither tall or athletic to be a SG on my team.

I really like him tho, but I need a better SG for my team. Plus, he is too good to be a 6th player. Maybe I could get some return for him...
