Do we get the KD pre order bonus as well or just the 15k vc psn network bonus?

On the Swedish psn you get 15,000 vc if pre-ordering. Don't know about preloading though.

Can someone please clarify: can i make in game purchases when buying with a fake us psn account? Via psn cards? Anyone know if vc price is different in Europe (was 20€ for 80k in nba2k14)? Thx
