My receipt says that it won't be redeemed until 11/15 and that the code will be emailed to me. What's this about??

If not, you should, the more that make their complaints official the quicker they'll sort it. If it's a Sony issue 2k will let them know all about it once they get thousands of complaints.

In the 2k launch trailer video playstation uploaded it says if you pre ordered digitally you don't get the KD bonus back which really pisses me off

Should still get the PS+ stuff though.

You're right though I checked and it does say the KD pack doesn't come with the PSN version of the game.
