I pre-ordered the PS4 game on Amazon. Disc just arrived via UPS Ground, and the day-1 patch is downloading now.

I got the code in the case for the VC starter pack (it's on a slip behind the manual, just like Chris Smoove said), but I don't see any code for the KD or VC pre-order bonuses...not even on the label of the package it came in.

Am I missing something?

EDIT: Turned out the code was sent to me by e-mail.
Everyone: If you pre-ordered the physical disc, check your e-mail!

LMAO word. No point in having 10K VC a day after when players without pre orders will have it by then. I haven't gotten mine either if you can't tell
