Preorder Code not working?

If you bought the hard copy I put in my code and then I went to myteam and then it showed up. I think it's lagging.

As far as ps4 digital orders, Sony is suppose to message people with locker code for kd pre-order bonus they haven't yet

I noticed a lot of people having trouble. Mine worked. You MUST ADD IN HYPHENS.

In other words

XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX (example for PS4)

When type in the code, you MUST type in all - as they appear on code OR IT WILL COME BACK INVALID. Same goes for Xbox One.

Yeah I noticed you had to put them in that way too or they wouldn't work. All of my Locker Codes worked it's just the season pass code (that gives you 75,000 extra VC for 19.99) I got from gamestop. But you enter it through the PS Store not as a Locker code because there aren't enough letters/numbers. I work night shift so I'll try again once I get home and post here if it works. The PS Store is supposed to update between 4-6 on the east coast so hopefully everything will work once I get home later tonight.
