Why is there no option to face scan? (PS4)

I bought the ps camera, set it up (works on the Playroom) , and then updated/fully installed everything on 2k.

I went to try to create a player, and the option for face scan isn't even there. Any help?

It's in MyPlayer.

Well obviously. Did you even read the OP? It was like 2 lines. I went to the create a player screen, but there was no option there to face scan. Just the generic pre made options.

No need to be rude. I did read your post and you never mentioned MyPlayer. Create a Player and MyPlayer are DIFFERENT modes.
