ABSOLUTE joke. Had a pretty good face-scan after 35 minutes of trying and just signed a 10 day contract, only to just get reset completely back to edit myplayer again. 2K literally is a joke of a company.

PC here. Damn it, they've reset my MyPlayer's appearance/name like 3 times now. I can't even play MyCareer right now because they're probably gonna reset him again. So annoying. These servers... smh

I have only played 3 career mode games and that's it and I've had this game since 3 pm...

I'm trying to be optimistic but their server history is so bad. I should have bought the disc so I could resell it at least if the problems continue. I'm not going to keep rescanning myself throughout the year or keep wondering if my game will work today.

I lost my scanned face too, but then it came back for a few minutes (after saving one of the preset faces). So I don't think it's lost. I'm pretty sure it will come back once the server are back on. Hopefully.

servers are back up for me after being down. I did not quit the application so I still have my VC and face.

Same issues. Lol at their servers being awesome this time around. Crack team of their top guys on it this year!

I thought we had offline options this year anyway...
