Too easy to score (Online Quick Match)

Its entirely too easy to score online. This shot meter seems like it has no effect on shots or the difficulty of shots at all.

Their is absolutely no skill involved in online matches ( which I was hoping for this year). The game has to be on all-star. Even I'm hitting so ridiculously shots where I have to do a double take.

Why not at least put the difficulty on hof?

I have been having the total opposite experience and i have been playing online since before release, Its really easy to stop ppl who just turbo around on offense and easy as hell to score on ppl holding turbo on defense.

Yeah I've had the complete opposite experience. Jumpshots are a whole lot harder this year. It's really really difficult to get Excellent on jump shots, and if a defender is near you, you'll more than likely miss any jump shot you take. It's going to take some time to get used to but I like it.

How do you stop someone that's throwing up crazy shots with defenders drapped all over them and there falling? Nothing you can do about it.

No problem online here, 2-0. One dude kept doing ridiculous stuff with Kobe, but that's Kobe. Still, I love this years game!

Just a suggestion, tried playing on ball and contest the shot manually. Don't let the CPU guard for you. This year, on ball D is rewarding.
I've played against KD, LBJ, Kobe, CP3 and Curry users who are having difficulty making the shot because I contest them manually.

What player was making the shots?

For the most part its the stars like Kobe and Carmelo but its also scrub players as well. Like I said even I'm hitting shots I feel shouldn't be going in.

That's the thing I will be manually on them contact animation and everything and shots are still falling. Feels like Madden to me as if they are trying to keep games close by allowing some crazy heavily defended shots to fall no matter what.

Input lag on defense makes playing on ball defense impossible

I've seen a bunch of fade away 3 pointers dropping that shouldn't be dropping especially with players that aren't even good 3 point shooters. Its as if the game doesn't even take into account the type of shot that's being registered. Looks arcadey and unrealistic.

Thats crazy, I just played 2 games with ppl playing like that dude went 0-9 with KD from 3 2nd person went 0-14 with Kyrie from 3 they just tried running to the side and shooting.

The cavs guy did get some dumb points by just sprinting full court with lebron after a inbound thats the only issue im having but i can stop it enough to win.
