Anybody disappointed with 2k presentation this year?

I feel for the guys who worked on the presentation. I hope they don't read this thread and get discouraged.

I think what they did was great. I enjoy it. My curiousity would be more so why they removed things that were in last year. Would have made the game flow better all around.

I think even just keeping the same audio for halftime from last year would have balanced it out overall.

They even removed the stats for the person being interviewed at half-time/end of the game. Maybe so they could interview people who weren't playing great? I really miss the halftime show though. Was great to sit back for a minute and enjoy the visuals.

I think they would have loved that but then the Damon Bruce thing happened. 2k hand was forced on that front granted why he wasn't replaced is confusing.

No player intros for classic teams. Remember in 2k11 when Jordan was coming out to Alan Parsons project? FROM NORTH CAROLINA!!!! I was soooooo pumped. Loses a lot not having them announce him anymore. 15 is def taken a step back. Ugh and the soundtrack .

That's not a very good point to discredit them, what does age have to do with wanting a soundtrack that says, "basketball"?

I like several of the songs on the soundtrack, but I do NOT like them as songs to represent basketball.

It's a terrible soundtrack IMO because of that reason alone.

People are overreacting.

Compare it to any of the EA sports games. Madden 15, for example, has a terrible "pre-game show" and a mediocre half time show. Meanwhile, NBA 2K15 has a very good pre game show, player intros, cheerleaders, etc.

Granted, they should be capable of much more on a next gen console, but it's still better than other sports games.

It's definitely not "much better" than other sports games.

At least Madden 15 looks like a real broadcast. Personally, both FIFA 15 and NHL 15 have ruined 2k's presentation for me because of how much those two resemble something we see in real life.

Presentation wise, 2k is falling below average.
