SMH, my guy face changed and name to Marvin gentry.... Like c'mon, don't tell me I'm stuck with this guy who took over my file. I'm a 80 overall, I refuse to just start over.

Happened to me too multiple times. You don't lose any progress on MyPlayer, but you have to make your guy again or you'll have to play with the random one your guy randomly changed to.

Wow that's crazy, free pre order vc down the drain and $10 I had in my wallet gone. 2k owe me my damn money back for the vc, who do I call?

You didn't lose your progress. To change your name and your face go to options -> Myplayer.

The #NBA2K15 issue with losing face scans and names of your MyPLAYER has now been addressed for PS4 and Xbox One.

Just go into options and myplayer and change the vitals back.

NOTE: The options menu before you go into mycareer.

This has happened to me as well after i scanned my face.

all you have to do is go back to the Myplayer section in options and features and change the name and skin tone etc (EVERYTHING will have changed; i.e. hair color and eye color and blemishes), then go to face / frontal sculpting (i forget the exact name ) and profile sculpting and change all the values back to the center if it is a cross bring thee right stick back to the middle or center the right stick if it is just on a line.
and you should have the original face scan that you started with and you just have to make any edits or small adjustments you made again... bummer right
but a workaround none the less.

I HOPE SO...because I think I got the highest reference points when I scan my face (13,030 to be exact) but when I went to myCareer to start the game...the name was changed and the face was the previous one I made (which is horrendous!).

I cannot duplicate that 13K and the highest i have is little over 10K...all with natural light.
