Walking while dribbling animation...

I know there are plenty of problems more important then this with 2k15, but I just want to know is anyone else having a hard time just walking up the court after an inbound??

The hunch back animation that takes place once you move the joy stick is just an eye soar IMO, and you have to barely move the joystick to get a some what walking animation risking an 8 sec call.

Just curious if this is a problem that needs to be patched or am I just to heavy handed on the sticks.

No detail is too small a complaint on OS fam. The walk up animations are inferior to last gen 2k14 point blank period. You can feather the stick all you want but they don't trigger on command and are not nearly as smooth as it was last gen. This is an important part of the game when controlling tempo. Hoping it can be addressed cuz it's an eye sore in its current state.

Glad it was not just me, but the small details such as walking up the court go a long way with me, so I do hope this is addressed quickly because it is messing up my on court experience.

I don't know.. it's like they mess up stuff on purpose every year to bring it back the next eventually and make it seem like they're innovating. Just keep what's working and build from there.

To get the perfect game we would have to dig into each title they released over the years and make it a combo.

It's definitely a lot harder to trigger the walking dribble this year. I've tried using it when I want to milk the clock late in games, but instead I just get a weird sped-up hunchback dribble whenever I feather the left joystick.

If my memory serves me correctly, there was a 2k a few years ago that didn't have walking animatons a year after the previous game did. I'm not sure of the exact year but I feel like it was around 2k9 give or take a few years.

It seems to me this is somewhat a legacy issue in the sense that when certain things are tweaked it somehow affects walking animations. I'm no programmer so I'm not sure if this is actually true or not, but I certainly remember walking animations being taken out previously

Yea, I remember back in 2k11 where the walking animation wasn't in the game too and they brought it back the next year, idk how something as simple as walking gets cut but 2k has done it before.

It is truly an eyesore, and I hope the 2k higher ups see this and get it corrected ASAP. I LOVE THE GAME!! But, it really would help to be able to walk the ball up the court and not have that ugly hunch back like sprint just after half court...they always sprint just after half court no matter how much you feather the stick.
