2k Should Award Everyone Bonus VC for This Disastrous Launch

In a few days or weeks, this will probably get cleaned up, but all the people who supported them in launch week that lost characters, VC and hours of effort and frustration will remember this with bitterness. It's not like the game just comes out and you get it or you don't. There is preorder HYPE. Midnight Launch HYPE. A tight squeeze of info as the clamor and beg for retweets and reposts and likes and favorites and #catchphrases.

Then your game doesn't work.

The designers don't control the technical server issues. They just cross their fingers and hope it works. They do however control the decision to have vulnerable, sever-based systems like constant VC interaction, "Got Next" and Rec Center requirements.

2k needs to publicly apologize and award their early adopters with VC or some kind of reward as an act of taking responsibility for failing to deliver on the product that people paid for.
