if you use voice commands, you could also say "Take the shot"

On court coach. No idea how you get it.

I have the On Court Coach badge. I earned it by making good decisions and passing the ball effectively and earning assists.

There are several voice commands:

"Shoot the ball"
"Shoot the shot"
"Take that shot"
"Shoot that"
"Shoot it"

All of those will tell the guy with the ball to shoot it.

You can use the voice commands if you have a camera or a headset plugged in.

What position do you play?

I play pg, and am avg about 7 assists per game, but I also have a lot of turnovers getting used to playing this version.

Did you turn the ball over a lot before you got on court coach, or was your number low?
