But where i can find the new Park ?

I think the new park is only at the end of the championship, which consists of like 20 rounds or something.

More importantly what's up with the 2500 VC and 25% off upgrades that we were supposed to get for winning this round?

They might as well do away with the championship rounds and give it straight to the ballers, there's just too many of them. I wouldn't be surprised if there's twice as many people affiliated with sunset beach as opposed to rivet city.
