I really like Goran Dragic's shot, but you can't get it in MyCareer for some reason.

But I've been using Josh Akognon's (the literal first shot you see when you open up NBA animations) shot and it's been really reliable for me.

I use shot 36. It's quick and easy to time. Only bad thing is that the shot animation is a little stiff looking so it might not work so well with pull up jumpers. I usually only shoot in spot up opportunities though so I'm not sure about that.
