Just leave it on and wait it out. Make sure your internet is connected too. Don't hog the bandwidth.

I got the digital version but maybe your issue is the same. Even though it says the game is downloaded, it is just the opening demo-- the full game is still downloading in the background as you play. This can take an extremely long time-- for me, going on ~20 hours with a decent internet connection. No idea why it's so long, but you can check the actual download status (on ps4) by going to settings -> system storage management and going to the 2K15 application. When I did, even though I had fully downloaded the game from the store and was playing the demo, I still had 40GB + of a download left.

No idea why 2K or Sony deliberately misleads you and let's you "fully" download the digital game, but doesn't tell you stuff still needs downloading afterwards and just confusingly leaves you in the demo. Also no idea why the download is so damn long- no other ps4 games I got digitally took even 1/10th of this time.
