in MyCareer, Do you play as your actual Height? why or why not?

Yes, im 6'7" so I made a 6'7" sf but in real life i played center. I always make at least one character to my likeness in every video game I can.

As much as I would like to I can't with 2k. I'm 5'8" and they don't make the game in favor of players under 6'. It'll take the fun out it unless I have the ability to edit sliders and my guy isn't a complete scrub then maybe but other than that no way! Lol

For the first time since 2k10 i'm using my real height. So 6'1 and i went with point guard, i wanted to make a sg but i wasn't sure how that'd work out in the rec center (maybe the game would put me at sf/pf if there'd be 3 pg's on the team). Anyway, i'm glad to be pg, at least this way i'm the main ball handler in park/jrc/stage and i don't have to rely on some sucker who has no idea what he's doing. I do regret maxing out my shooting though, the attributes are at 95 and i'm still missing as much as when they were at 75-80 , extra points in athleticism and defense would've been better.

I do have a second player, 6'9 pf, but i haven't used him in a month i'm having too much fun with the pg.

I play a lot of online myplayer so I go 6'4 normally online you will see a lot of maxed out height.

It depends on the position. For PG, I will make my actual height (5'11"), although the first player I created this year was a SG at 6'4". PG is the only position where I can get away with being that small lol. I generally try to go with the league average, or model myself after a current player.

I'm 5'10" and doing my real height in game as a SG and it was rough at first (in 14 I made 6'7" SF) but I've gotten it down and it's pretty fun. I'm much more of a jump shooter this year but I still get my dunks on fast breaks and can drive the lane for the occasional lay up. It would be supremely helpful if my AI teammates could make there shots inside though, or even put up a fight on defense. There are so many bad rotations that put me at even more of a disadvantage than I already am.

It's funny...In Madden I usually go by my height. But in basketball I usually play as a small big man (in the form of a Z-Bo). Because that's usually how I play in real life. I'm 6-1... Kind of tired of seeing all these guard type heavy sqauds. I like playing as the traditionally big men. Even if I don't end up with a lot of points (because guards don't get me the ball). I love getting rebounds and finishing strong in the lane.

edit: If I do play guard. It's usually at 6-1 as a point guard or under sized SG. Think in the form of Eric Bledsoe.
