MC Free Throw Practice?

Pretty much the title... does anyone know IF it's possible to practice your free throws between games? My Center's skill stinks and I'd like to get the free throw motion down better so I can get excellent (or close to it) to try and pull his percentages up.

I would like to know myself. My FTs are BRUTAL.

Your only option is to create a player with the same attributes and take them to the regular practice. Pretty dumb I know, but you'd think by now the practice in this mode would be like the regular one.

Sorry for the dumb question, but... how to practice FT outside of MC? :/ Don't know that either.
