My League/My GM question

What is the difference between My League and My GM? I played 2k14 and only remember the My GM mode.

To be succinct, MyLeague is much, much more customizable but you miss out on the cutscenes and owner/player interaction from MyGM (and ticket prices and that jazz). Oh, and you can control as many teams as you want in MyLeague.

A simple answer is, MyLeague, is a fully customizeable association mode, but there are No GM or Owner cutscene stuff. MyGM you only play one franchise and you're the gm of it, so the cpu handles all of the other 29 teams' transactions, while in MyLeague you can do that.

In my league, when you play cpu vs cpu can you call time out and make substitution and or make coach settings changes. Im trying to find out if "coach mode" in the past is now cpu vs cpu. thanks.
