if you run out of timeouts and try to call timeout you get a tech foul and the opposing team has to shoot free throws....there is no limit on how many excessive time outs you can keep doing so bascially you can just stop the whole game from running time and keep shooting free throws

This year you are given a technical foul for calling a timeout when you have none left. People online are abusing this by continuously calling timeouts, and the game never progresses. You shoot Free throws until someone gives in and quits. If the person shooting FT's steps away from the game too long, they get booted for being inactive. People do this for hours just for a win on a virtual basketball game.
