Flawed MyPark Championship Logic

So at first I heard the incentives for playing, winning, etc while in the Park and I thought it was a cool idea...

But I'm on Rivet City on Xbox One and everytime we come in last place..I'm on Park getting 10+ game win streaks with randoms and then grab my squad go to the Rec Center and grab some win streaks on there...yet as a whole the affiliation loses.

I really think either the amount of people in the other affiliations or whatever needs to be accounted for when determining how much each win actually accounts for. I know first hand in the parks I'm in we run the courts so it can't actually be Rivet City that sucks..
Not gamebreaking just annoying because I don't like losing and it's annoying every week we get no VC or whatever for playing.

I don't know what system you're on but one of the weird things I've noticed recently is that at least on XB1, I tend to find more Flyers and Rough Riders in the Rec Center. I'm a baller myself and I'll go into the Rec Center to find a game and often be about 1 of 3 or so ballers not in a squad or a game while everyone else is a Flyer or Rough Rider.

It's just so bizarre because I play at different hours on various days and this has been the case a lot lately. It's made me think about changing my own affiliation to get more games in but I don't want to lose the rep and everything I've earned.
