The big lack of shooting fouls post patch in all game modes really are making it hard to play game. I'm actually a little more frustrated than I was before patch.

PUSH - 8 Before Patch, 8 after

Before it was more of an offense is over powered game, after it's now a defense is over powered game.

My biggest gripe is the animations that you can't control. I can literally bring the ball up the court without moving the left stick at all. My opponent will spam the steal button & I will go into that dribbling, fumbling, bout to turn the ball over animation all the way to the rim. You can't pass out of it, shoot out of it, you can't do nothing but let it play out. My 2nd is the pump fake. I just made you jump, but the defender lands on you with no call. I can never catch the ball off a screen pump fake get my defender to jump & simply go around him. Somehow I will always get pulled back into him so he can land on me. SMH. Still wished they fixed the glitch jumpers for certain player animation. Other than that the game is good. But i can't say it's better or worst.

8 before , 8.9 after . Online perspective (rec, park)

The improvement in on all defense helped a lot. But they lowered the shooting percentage instead of just making the shot contest stronger. Which means you miss blatant open shots even 6 ft from the basket for no reason.

I do like that dunking has been toned down.

Definitely the best basketball simulation ever created, IMO. Plus all the other features and modes make it even better (even though I'm only interested MyGM or MyLeague).

Totally agree they killed my career this year post patch. It's makes no sense 2k kills all the animations and the speed just because the online dorks were complaining about one behind the back move?!? Plus you cant even make layups or dunks in any mode. 2k sucks now I hope you guys are happy with what you have made them do. Bunch of suckas.
