2k15 Freezing on PS4

Has anyone tried starting the game up without being connected to the Internet and then connecting once you get to the menu you want?

Hmm I may have to try this. My games continues to freeze every time I at the main menu, it's getting really annoying now.

It's worked for me to simply disconnect from the internet, load the game and then connect again, even in if you're just on the basic menu with the MyLeague, MyGM, NBA Today etc...

Sad thing is even holding down the power button still makes the PS4 rebuild the database. So you could end up with corrupt files regardless. SMH. Just terrible.

Found this somewhere else. Haven't tried it out yet:

1. Turn PS4 all the way off.
2. Hold power button until it beeps twice.
3. PS4 will prompt you to plug in a controller and turn it on. Do so.
4. Select rebuild database. It may take some time, let it do it's thing.
5. PS4 will turn on, Then play 2k and enjoy.
