Created player questions

Hi, I have two quick question about created player, not my player

1. How to change nickname of created player? Is is random cause I dont see it in options

2. When already began my league, how to change accessories and how to change hairstyle to create player?

1.Nicknames are random and can't be changed
2.You can change the accessories once you start a myleague but cannot change the players appearance only body stats and attributes so however you make him look is how he will look always.
