Hi all,

I just got a PS4 and updated myself to the PS4 version of 2K15, a physical disc. However, I cannot get past the Spurs-Heat game. I have a message telling me to apply an update, which I cannot figure out how to do. It's very frustrating and I'm half in mind to send it back to Amazon.

Most likely your game is not done installing.

If you don't know how to update something, go to your notifications at the top (should be like the 2nd thing from the left), then to your downloads. You may need to manually start the download yourself if you haven't adjusted your settings appropriately.

Thank you, BA. Would have been nice for 2K to state that the game was unpacking, play the demo as you wait.

Yea, that was a big issue for some people at launch. It was like a stealth install and nobody had any idea what was going on.

Luckily for me, I had to work late that night and decided to install the game at my lunch hour. It was all ready and waiting for me 5 hours later when I got home.

Hope you get it working!
