Shoes gone

I bought a pair of shoes that i customized for 7,500 vc (jordan 4), equipped them, decided i wanted a diffrent pair, bought that pair and then a week or two later i wanted to equip the 4's i bought but it said i had not purchased them.. 7,500 vc is hours of gameplay smh now gone. Anyone know if i can get a refund or is this just 2k being 2k

its all part of a glitch since patch #3 only shoes you can regather are the generics by following my video on Youtube

What a joke. Having the same problem. We probably won't get vc back or anything. They hopefully will just fix it (not holding my breath) and act like they did us a favor
