I have two CAP's and from what I have seen they both use the same hot spot data? Does the hot spot data matter for the Park?

It's kind of a glitch. I've been trying to figure out how to replicate it at will. Basically there's a way to transfer your hotspots between characters.

Yeah pretty funny. Started a new player and my main suddenly had no hot zones.
