Signed to Nike but No Signature Shoe

I've been signed to Nike by Jackson Ellis. It's now been two seasons, I've played scores of games (not all but alot) and gotten mostly A's and B's. No commercial or signature shoe creation has triggered. What gives?

I will also mention I didn't "kneel" to Ellis, I took the bottom option when he started talking smack. But then 3 days later he came and signed me. And now I'm 2 seasons out, with a new team and still no shoe. What is the problem?

Also, I haven't won MVP yet. I finish 4th or 5th every year, it's sickening. Is that a requirement for the shoe?

yes, I've been signed. And I've played two seasons of games after the signing cutscene and I have no Nike Commercial or signature shoe. I have the billboard but no ad or shoe.

I've won a title, been selected to two All-Star teams since Jackson signed me. What else do I need to do?
