Pro Tip: Categories are broken. Simply don't cap out each category and leave it one bar short. Boost those categories and you wind up with a higher rating than if you used your upgrade. You can't boost it once it's capped.

I thought you need a Level 18 Playmaking for Floor General and a max Inside/Outside scoring with Playmaking for On Court Coach.

Yeah I found this kinda silly when I used a boost on my level 19 jump shooting and had a 98 shot rating and it caps out at 95 usually. Strange decision making from 2K.
