The difficulty or strength of the "bump" could be dependent on it being a bronze, silver or gold badge. I should be able to rock cats with Jamal Crawford, try it with Matt Barnes though, and he's gonna loose the ball more often than not. That kind of stuff would go a long way.
See I think "lockdown defender" is redundant, but I agree that the badges should mean something and give a visual representation. A "bruiser" or "physical defender" could have unique, aggressive denial animations for disrupting players running off screens or posting up.

There should be a pump fake badge for this year's game. It would be so much more fun to use guys like Kobe, Wade, etc. with the Pump Fake badge.

I would just like a breakdown of how all of the badges affect THIS game. Then go from there.

I was thinking a ball denial badge could be a welcomed addition. This would differentiate players like Trevor Ariza who are exceptional at it.

Considering how easy it is to get strips on layups/dunks they should have a badge for guys like Lebron who attack strong and don't lose the ball so easy

Remove posterizer. No reason for its existence.
