So I was playing my career and I get a message saying that I've won a reward for my play that will help my stats just go to player upgrade to receive my upgrade and reward......sounds great but wtf I went there all excited and nothing happened there was nothing extra there, and before you say NO it wasn't a badge Ive gotten those and know what they look like and do...thanks for you help/explanation

Its an attribute upgrade. You earn up to 100 total, and earn one every 7 games played.

thanks for the info...so it basically gives me more blocks to fill with upgrades right?

There are 20 'blocks' per the 5 categories, every 7 games played 'unlock' access to another one. You can't fill them all
