Team-Up Quitting

I just thought I would make a thread to keep track of how many games I can actually complete while guarding a user in public team up. My guess is that out of all the games I start, only 5% of the people stay the entire game (i'll even say 4th quarter). Lets find out!

P.S. The only reason I quit is because I do not want to guard a damn computer the entire game. It's just boring, and not the reason I want to play team up. If I wanted to play against a computer, I'd play quick game...

Date - Gamertag - Time Game Started - Quit Time
4/12/2015 - Evil Legacy11 - 12:54 am- 1st quarter 4:40
4/12/2015 - Shrooms Delight - 1:01 am - Stayed Entire Game!
4/12/2015 - MaSkEd BaLLer21 - 1:30 am - 2nd Quarter 1:30

Re: Team-Up Quitting

It'll be more than 5%, I'm guessing it'll be around 20-25% (roughly 1/5 - 1/4 games).

But yes, quitting is a problem in that mode, which is too bad because it's the mode I play the most. There's really not much you can do though. Some people lag out, some people have something come up and have to leave, some people can't stand playing with that point guard with 0 assists and 30 shot attempts they got stuck on a team with, and some people just throw in the towel if they get down 15-20 points. The last one drives me especially nuts considering I've had multiple games where my team was down double-digits late in the 3rd quarter and still won.

It's a really fun mode when playing with friends/good teammates. You hope most, if not all, of your opponents stay, but quitting is just something you kind of have to put up with.

Try to avoid pg's with outdated playbooks! Running plays is the beest way to school ai. Make sure to go in with teamates who know how to space and execute vs cpu. Some of the best games i played were after the clowns on the other team quit. And worst but woopins too.

Teammates who understand how to space the floor, and not just run into the paint over and over are worth their weight in gold!
