NBA 2K16: Some Ideas On How to Improve the Series

My player is the only reason I buy this game so please

1. Bring back the draft combine
2. Bring back the summer league
3. Training Camp to build chemistry
4. Let us fight for our spots unless we're a top 5 lottery pick
5. Send us to the D-league if we suck
6. After the first 2 years of my player quality diminishes
7. Let us start locker room tension
8. Let us be divas, so that we can build our own personas like steph or be envied or hated like lebron
9. Give us CONTROL and let our bad decisions get us kicked out of the league

A simple fix, and something that should always be accurate...PLAYERS SKIN TONES.


Some guys are way too dark in 2K15. (ie Giannis)

Something else that would be cool is if they could get the arch correct for every players jump shots. Some guys have more line drives, while others have a higher arch.


Doubt they'd ever do it, and it's not a biggie. But would just add to the realism.

My fav part of the 2k series has to be MyCareer. For this feature, i'd love to see the story line play out differently.

Start out in the draft combine and play 5 on 5 games with other potential draftees, maybe even complete some of the skills challenges such as vertical leap, agility test etc.

If you score well, progress to the NBA Draft, if not, maybe get picked up for the Summer Leagues and play your way into a contract.

Fix the extended animations on inbounding the ball:

When I try to run animations kick in and I can't pass the ball in, players will go into anothe animation that allow the defenses to get back.
Players will grab the ball then pass it back to another player to take it out.

The CPU already runs back unrealistically too fast.

Allow us to break animations, the CPU can but users can't then the CPU will jump on your pass for a turnover

Have option to wear away shoes with home jerseys and vice versa

I think they need to do some work on how they calculate 3 point shooting. Elite shooters like Curry and Korver do not feel like the cold machines that they are in reality, at least when they're wide open. A 99 3 point rating should be resulting in the kind of numbers we see these elite shooters put up in reality when they're wide open - around or past the 60 percentile.

Problem is this is a video game and we can't have them repeatedly shooting 80-90% from 3
